Quilt Completed

Here are the last few pictures of the quilt which I finished an hour ago. It's due tomorrow morning at 8AM.

The kids and families did a BEAUTIFUL job on their squares. The colors are so vibrant and as my Mom said when she saw it for the first time, "The picture on the internet does NOT do this quilt justice."

I can't wait to see the kid's faces.

With that, here is the final picture:

Here's a picture so you can see the fabric I picked for the back:

And lastly, this is a picture of Son#2's square and I think that the way I changed the lighting and hue, you get a better idea of what the actual purple looks like:

Boudicca,
Looks fantastic...Schmoopys square is beautiful. Rest your fingers now. PLEASE. Watching you quilt has brought back many memories of watching many women in my life quilt. Good job.

*sigh*

Just gorgeous.

I think you should post a picture of you lying in a discreetly naked pose on top of it & send it to Playboy for their "Girls on Quilts" pictorial ;-)

Ok, lesson for the day -

Repeat after me:

"NO" (Spanish)

"Non" (French)

"否" (Simplified Chinese)

"不" (Traditional Chinese)

"Nr" (Dutch)

"Nein" (German)

"Αριθ" (Greek)

"No" (Italian)

"いいえ" (Japanese)

"아니다" (Korean)

"Não" (Portuguese)

Got the hint? Learn it! Live it! Love it!

ROFLMAO, Sissy! Well... I'll eventually have to blog on my latest, but I will leave it for now.

And know that I do not have to do another quilt for 2 more years. Just when Bones is in 2nd grade.
