Day #2...

...and the egg is still missing.

If we don't find it by Friday, I'll enlist the help of my sister, Morrigan, who is coming to visit with her beau on Thursday night. We will have our own adult egg hunt. I have to find that egg...

If it rots in this house, I'll think its funny, but my husband... oh he won't think that's funny at all. Most definitely not!

That should be deja vu. You probably don't remember it. It happens to all parents who hide eggs for their kids. I used to write a list of every place they were hidden. Otherwise, by morning we didn't have a clue where they all were.

I think it may have been one my nephew hid, which means I know what rooms to concentrate on. Oh yes, you read that right... we hid them in three rooms. Both family rooms and the dining room. Oh and maybe the living room.

I typically always hide them in the same place, but he was creative. He even had me unplug a lamp and he replaced the lightbulb with an egg.

In the house? Wow. Very brave. Outside for us!

we're outside hiders. but then again, we use the plastic eggs. hey, we live in orlando... hiding real eggs in 80+ degree heat doesn't sound like a good idea. as it is, we have to be careful to buy candy with slower melt times!

My mom and her best friend would have a "few" drinks and then hide the easter eggs. Every year we always had at least one not found. One year we found one while putting up the Halloween decorations. In the house. It never smelt.

Good luck.

If it starts to rot, it will easier to find. Peeeeee-yooooooo.

P.S. I had no idea that Morrigan had a special gift for egg finding. Was she born with a veil?
