Life Imitates... Football?

Good Lord. At least Ringo watches this stuff and LAUGHS with me. Itís not just me.

I heard shouting in the backyard. Ringo and I looked out the slider to see my 2nd son standing in the swing set fort, looking down upon Bones who was standing mid-yard. They were shouting at each other. Each had a toy weapon.

It escalated until I saw Bones yelling at the top of his lungs, his little body starting to shake, when he gave a final burst and THREW his nerf gun to the ground in a fit of uncontrollable anger.

Do you know who he looked like?

Frickiní Steve Spurrier.

He just needed a visor instead of a nerf gun. Holy crap.

That kid is so not going to South Carolina...

And tonight, my favorite team, Tennessee, beat the Ol' Ball Coach. Life is good! My two favorite teams are always the one who plays against Spurrier, and the one who plays against Notre Dame. Unfortunately Navy lost. Yep, ND plays a tough schedule, Army, Navy, Air Force.

I saw Navy scored two touchdowns though. Holy crap. I had such hope!

And you should have seen Bones, Dad. Good Grief. I said to Ringo, "Good Lord. Did you see that? He looked like Steve Spurrier!"

And Ringo said, "Who's that?" heh heh heh

ND is goin' down. And SC is gonna be the ones to do it. Even though they got beat today.

Bou, face it, ... you've got a gamecock in trainin'...

Don't worry. Spurrier won't be at USC three years from now. Doesn't matter whom they hire to coach. They can't get athletes to go to USC.

Take a deep breath Bou,

The good news is Meyer is writing a new tradition at UF and since we all know that Bones is a GATOR at heart, you have nothing to fret about.

Go Gators!!!
