Valetine's Day

Stolen from Rachel and blogdaughter VW, and I'm so stunned VW did not get what Rachel and I got... I really am...

Your Candy Heart Says "Get Real"
You're a bit of a cynic when it comes to love.
You don't lose your head, and hardly anyone penetrates your heart.

Your ideal Valentine's Day date: is all about the person you're seeing (with no mentions of v-day!)

Your flirting style: honest and even slightly sarcastic

What turns you off: romantic expectations and "greeting card" holidays

Why you're hot: you don't just play hard to get - you are hard to get

I am surprised I didn't get what you got. I laughed very hard when I read what I did get. So much so that I had to post it.

You do realize it is that whole lack of sleep thing. You must've been VERRRRY mellow when you took that test. The part that had me bust out laughing was, 'A total charmer'. What? When? there is nothing charming about either of us!! Unless of course one likes the blunt and insensitive types. Sheesh!

Mine says- Cutie Pie
You always seem to have a hot date, even though you never try to meet anyone.
A total charmer, you have a natural appeal that keeps you in high demand.
Your ideal Valentine's Day date: multiple dates with multiple people
Your flirting style: 100% natural
What turns you off: serious relationship talks
Why you're hot: you're totally addicting

Nice- I'm getting married and I'm turned off by serious relationship talk...

"What turns you off: cynics who don't believe in romance..."

Yeh, but romance is... adventure! (As in "The Romance of Roland"--a tale of a great warrior in battle. *heh*)

The last 29 years' Valentine's Days have been very, very good. I've had my own Valentine every day of them.

Get Real sounds about right these days.

Heh. I hate hate hate greeting card holidays. Jim said to me the other day, "what do you want for V Day?" WHAT? Since when do we exchange gifts on that day? Don't break with tradition on me. We can have a nice dinner, and a greeting card (because I'm a sucker for greeting cards), but don't go giving gifts on that stupid holiday.
