In Case You Missed It

This commercial did not make it on during the Super Bowl. TGOO said he saw it during the Pre-Game.

I was disappointed as I kept looking for it. Its one of my faves. I think my loyal reader George pointed this out to me a few weeks ago.

And don't worry about watching it at work and sound... there is none.

Hahahahaha! That reminds me of the time we were over at a friend's house in the kitchen and a light on the phone started to flash. I said, "What's that for?" Both my husband and my friend's husband said, "So that deaf people will know when to answer the phone." Duh ... we're a smart bunch!

I saw this several weeks ago. One of my friends has 2 boys who are deaf and she was very excited to see it (although her boys have bilateral implants so they can actually "hear").

I thought it was great. I saw it during the pre game too.

That is an awesome commercial. Men don't change no matter what...

I heard about this one and waited through the whole game for it!
Must have aired during the pre-pregame.

Thank you!

I loved it! We have a very large subculture of deaf and blind neighbors in this town, due to a very famous school here. It helps to know a bit of sign language if you want a job.

My BIL has several family members that are deaf but not a lot in their extended family knows sign language.

So my sister started my neice off young in learning sign language so she could communicate with them.

My niece is pretty good at it, knows more than just basics. It also helped before she could talk coheriently because my neice would sign what she wanted and my sister would know.

We used to have neighbors who's parents were both deaf. Nicest people you'd want to meet. I'd give 'em 'mater's, and they'd just grin, and make motions I damned sure was too stupid to interpret. I'd seem 'em come up to see there kids, and I'd just get me a pen and paper, and start scribblin' baseball smack with the neighbor's dad. He was a cool fool now...

He passed a few years back, just about right after his wife did. I guess, lonely, is lonely.

I liked the baby buyin' stock on the computer, and hurlin' after the transaction...

OH and I'd not even thought of it from a 'man' slant. I just think this commercial is frickin' funny!
