The Cookie Diet

Have you ever looked back on the day in reflection, thinking of what you ate and realized, you only ate Christmas cookies... for every meal but dinner and for all snacks in between?

Yeah.

Me either.

Hmmm....I have a feeling that day will be today. My cookie dough is in the fridge chilling and then I will be baking like a fiend.

Sure have. That, and ice cream, and ham sandwiches. And dozens of variations of eggs (scrambled, fried, over easy, ranchero, etc). My cholesterol could probably kill a Cape buffalo by now.

Harking back to kid #? and the library book, the link is to a mug you might like. Just the thing for eggnog, hot cocoa, hot cider, or whatever suits. Or kids with last minute schedule changes.

Okay, ad is over.

Currently working in a call center, and apart from any breakfast I might get, by the time I get to the evening meal, there's no room, due to all the cookies, fudge, and other assorted whatnot.

My dear wife served me a roach chicken leg with sweet taters and associated trimmings (no pecan pie, though. maybe later this week) for supper last night.

Had to wait and reheat it before I could eat a bite.

(I'm going to have to mug whoever brought in the white fudge for the recipe.)

Great site! I'll be back. I like the way you think!
